About Me

Sebastien Patiño

My name is Sebastien. I’m a coach, athlete, and athletic performance fanatic. I am a University of Michigan Graduate and former bodybuilding/powerlifting/marathon/HYROX competitor.

I got tired of being labeled by all the categories. Now I train to be an athlete. Period.

I was almost 300lbs. I turned my life around and lost 100lbs instead.

I've spent years training at the extremes. Building strength. Pushing endurance. Chasing aesthetics. I learned first hand how the body adapts or breaks down under stress.

I now dedicate my life to improving people's health mentally and physically — no matter where they are at. This includes athletes looking to compete.

I believe taking a holistic approach to health and training like an athlete is key to a fulfilling life. It improves how you show up to your relationships, work, and community.

My work focuses on movement, nutrition, recovery, and mindset as one system. I've helped hundreds of people get leaner, stronger, and become the best version of themselves.

We focus on gradual progress. Communication is less frequent, but we still reconnect periodically to reassess training, recovery, nutrition, and overall direction.

Includes bi-weekly check-ins, and ongoing messaging support
