Sebastien Patiño
Hello there! I’m a coach, athlete, and athletic performance fanatic. I am a University of Michigan Graduate and former competitor in bodybuilding, powerlifting, marathon, and HYROX.
I was almost 300lbs. I turned my life around and lost 100lbs instead.
After years of competing, I now simply train for life. To feel good, move well, and show up as my best for others.
I've spent years training at the extremes. Building strength. Pushing endurance. Chasing aesthetics.
I learned first hand how the body adapts or breaks down under stress.
I now dedicate my life to improving people's health mentally and physically.
Discipline practiced through exercise and nutrition improves your character, life, career, and relationships. I view training as a way of life.
My work focuses on movement, nutrition, recovery, and mindset as one system.
I've helped hundreds of people get leaner, stronger, and become the best version of themselves.
