Sebastien Patiño

My name is Sebastien. I’m a coach, athlete, and human health specialist. University of Michigan Graduate. Former bodybuilding, powerlifting, and marathon competitor.

I've spent years training at the extremes. Building strength. Pushing endurance. Chasing aesthetics. I learned first hand how the body adapts or breaks down under stress.

I now dedicate my life to improving people's health mentally and physically — no matter where they are at.

I believe taking a holistic approach to health WILL improve your entire life experience.

A lower touch option for people who train consistently and want steady guidance for both health and performance without frequent accountability.


This is a good fit if you're fairly self-directed, don't need regular pushing, and want an experienced coach to oversee your health and performance goals.

We focus on gradual progress. Communication is less frequent, but we still reconnect periodically to reassess training, recovery, nutrition, and overall direction.

Includes bi-weekly check-ins, ongoing messaging support, and one scheduled call every 2 months.

A relaxed first step into coaching. For those who want to improve their health at a steady, manageable pace. Habit changes are introduced gradually, and results are not expected week to week.

Best if you don’t need frequent accountability or constant pushing, but still want expert guidance.

Communication is less frequent, and only 1 call is included every 3 months.

This option is best if your situation is more complex, you're competing or training toward a specific goal, you've struggled to stay consistent in the past, or you want regular check-ins to stay grounded and on track.


We communicate weekly, adjust as life changes in real time, and use calls to talk things through when nuance matters.


The focus is long-term progress that supports both performance and well-being.


Includes weekly check-ins and 1-2 scheduled calls per month.

The full coaching experience for faster results. For those who want a higher level of accountability and structured support. Expect consistent guidance, quicker results, and a coach who will push you while keeping things sustainable.

Ideal if you have a complex health background, face tough obstacles, or struggle with discipline.

Also well-suited for performance and physique goals — from competitive bodybuilding to running.

Guaranteed weekly communication with 1-2 monthly calls included.
