Hi there! My name is Sebastien Patiño and I am a coach, nerd, and "bodybuilder". More importantly, I have been a certified personal trainer and coach for the last 7 years.
After having the privilege of working with a variety of people from beginners to advanced athletes, I've learned that there is no secret or one-size-fits-all approach to fitness.
My philosophy is simple. Meeting your fitness goal is inevitable with consistency, science-based planning, and a deep understanding of your personal psychology. Many may understand how to eat well and exercise, but the real question is how do you stay consistent?
And once you are consistent, what can you do to optimize your progress? Optimizing your training program is one thing, but I can help to optimize your internal health, such as hormones and blood sugar levels, which will translate into better long-term improvements.
Whether you're looking to simply be healthy or take your physique or athletic goals to the next level, I can help if you are willing to put in the effort.
The privilege of working with you 1 on 1 is not one I take lightly. I understand this is a big commitment. Coaching is my life's work and I will use every tool in my skillset get you where you need to be. I understand the challenges life may throw at you but I also do not sugar coat. Expect to be pushed and to become a better version of yourself.

With 7 years of experience in nutrition, we will work together to find an approach that's right for you. Whether that's food journaling, macro counting, portion control, or mindful eating. Optional blood work available.
Whether you're at home, at a gym, or traveling, I will work with you to create an optimized training plan that will fit into your schedule.
Every week, you will submit a check-in to me reflecting on your progress and recording important metrics. Your program will continuously evolve weekly based on these check-ins.
Some of you are simply only looking for the expertise but I will also hold you accountable. I don't hand out participation trophies so expect to be pushed! You will learn valuable tools & methods to train your mind to crave doing the hard stuff.
Everyone's journey & priorities are different. Over the course of our time together we will find the correct balance between life and fitness so you can keep your results forever. This isn't a 6 week challenge.
Best for those who want to start taking their health seriously, but at a sustainable pace. Good for general goals such as weight loss, getting stronger, or improving health.
Expect a more “relaxed” coaching experience - your health doesn’t need to be a race.
Best for those with a strong drive to achieve a certain physique or level of athleticism in the shortest time frame, those who have large external life stressors to navigate, those who have critical health conditions, or those who want to learn the nuances.

Payment is non-refundable once coaching is established. Established coaching is defined as once the first payment has been received. No refunds will be issued during our time together due to the custom nature of the work and time put into writing each individualized program, as well as the ongoing support that comes with coaching. It is the client's responsibility to read through and understand all agreements given to them. Check-ins are the client's responsibility. If you do not check in, coaching will still be available to you until the agreed-upon time. The client is also responsible for canceling any subscriptions should they no longer wish to continue.
The contents of the coaching programs are confidential and are only to be utilized by the individual to whom they are addressed. Any attempts to distribute, copy, or share the program are forbidden.
